Have been searching ๐ต๏ธโโ๏ธ๐ with little luck. ๐คทโโ๏ธ ๐คฆโโ๏ธ
(No Indian ๐ฎ๐ณ markets ๐ nearby either. ๐ )

Have only come up with, โPride of Indiaโ brand ( amazon.co.uk/Pride-India-As... ) which, as tasty ๐ as they are, are also pricey ๐ฐ & small-sized ๐ o ๐ฌ. . . for just 8 papadams per box!! ๐ณ

Any recommendations for less costly, oil-free, regular-sized โโช๏ธโ Papadam sources:
Hi Kai, I didnโt realise they were laden with oil? Do you mean even before you fry them? I havenโt had them for years but when I used to have them I grilled them rather than frying them which would cut down on oil. Also you can microwave them or failing that make your own but off the top of my head would imagine it might be a faff. Low fats ones you can buy from the supermarket have 0.5g of fat but tonnes of salt. ๐ Sorry I cant be more helpful. Ali ๐๐ฑ
Yes, oil is an ingredient in so many papadums, even if theyโre not fried in oil. ๐ฏ
(Whoโd a thunk it!! ๐คฏ ๐ )

Spot on! Toaster oven, microwave, or even over a flame ๐ฅ (gas stove top, for example) is a way to quickly prepare them without oil frying. ๐๐
[Love โem to bits. ๐ฅฐ ๐ Just too bad oil is an ingredient in so many of them. And, trying to find an oil-free type/ brand is so difficult. ๐ง ]
Am hoping ๐ค๐ค someone is aware of an oil-free type/ brand thatโll make it easier than trying to make from scratch ( healthunlocked.com/healthye... ) or having to pay a lot ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฐ for a tiny quantity. ๐ฏ
