I love chili oil to add in many of my dishes but I do not trust supermarket chili oil jar for my gluten free and health awareness. So today I made my own chili oil πΆwith smoky flavors of herbs and I can add my own organic avocado oil as well.
Lunch: I mixed my homemade chili oil (will include all the herbs and spices ingredients in reply) with sliced mushrooms and bitter melons in rice noodles. ππ

Chili oil ingredients:
Toast 5 mins: star anise, cloves, Sichuan peppercorns, cinnamon stick, cardamon pods, bay leaves, black peppercorns, gochugaru pepper powder, sesame seeds, Himalayan salt.
Add a splash of balsamic wine vinegar into simmered (15 mins) avocado oil with green onions, ginger and garlics.
I can add this healthy chili oil to many of my meals for flavor and a great health boost. Brilliant ππ. Very grateful to you for sharingπ€π.
