I was invited to a get together yesterday afternoon, the host said she thought she would struggle with vegan food so I said I’d bring something for us.
I put this platter together and it was delicious.
In the sandwiches was a selection of roasted pepper and homemade hummus, another had avocado, sprouting shoots and cucumber. Hummus, red onion and salad.
I did little cocktail sticks with cornichons, olives and sun dried tomato.
In the middle I put a selection of a few Indian samosas, butternut squash balls and koftas which I bought in Sainsburys.
