Autumn is such a lovely time of year when the weather's good as the changing colours of the trees is such a lovely sight.

So to help give you incentive to get out there in the fresh air and it doesn't matter of its a park its still enjoying being outdoors. And there's the HU Health Walk group which has one of our friends running it...and being a dog walker its a walk in the park for her...

Great post Jerry and I love the photo! Walking is great. I have loved walking in the woods over the last week and seeing the changing leaves and the chestnuts it’s a lovely time of year. I am doing so much walking and rather than it making me tired I have found I have got more energy so it’s great for your body and mind 🙂
