Thank you for the link Jerry, I had a quick look, it looks very interesting and informative. It’s very useful for me as I have a lot to learn.

I am going to try the 30 a week challenge soon.

Thank you I think we’ve all a lot to learn and it’s great how the market is growing.

Good luck with the 30 a week challenge it’s makes you think about adding extra flavour and nutrition. 🌈😊

I am particularly interested in the egg substitute, it would be extremely useful.

You are so right, I have never thought about what I eat in the way that I do now, but it has taken an illness to force me into it!

You're so right and this is a popular egg replacer that I use sometimes:

Thank you for that. Would somewhere like Holland and Barrett stock it?

in reply toRachmaninov2

They do indeed as do most whole food shops:

Thank you Jerry. Are you using the Daily Dozen app?

How do you manage to get all the things listed especially the beans?

in reply toVeeee

Hi Veeee no I don’t use the app. I buy beans in my local whole food shop and if you eat a variety of vegetables beans and herbs and spices the list soon goes up. It’s surprising how many different plants that we can eat in a week!

Hello Jerry, I see that you need to eat half a cupful of each ‘plant’ for it to count, but do you know what quantity of seeds/herbs/spices we need?

in reply toRachmaninov2

Hi there and I'm sorry but I don't know, we just expanded on this idea to see how many plants we actually consume in a week and meal.

So it was to make us think of what we eat to include a larger variety.

And it worked.
