Cheesecake

I made my first vegan cheesecake with a nut and date base and cashew, peanut butter, coconut milk and maple top. It’s quite rich so you only need a little piece and as it needs to be frozen for a few hours and kept in the freezer it’s good if you need a dessert to make ahead of the game. I did maple flavour but you could do lemon or vanilla, what ever you fancy.
