I made this chia pudding today which has been thrown together a bit as I wasn’t planning on posting it but it was absolutely delicious so I thought I’d share it.
I made almond milk chia pudding with vanilla and layered it in a glass with organic strawberries. I poured a small glug of maple syrup and soy cream on top and sprinkled it liberally with toasted almonds. It’s the toasted almonds (thank you Jerry 🙏) that make it something special. It tasted like an ice cream sundae and I’ll definately be having that again soon!

Hi Ali, this looks really delicious and healthy and I'd love some.
Now you have inspired me to make nut cream and think more openly about using seeds, so don't be modest as you make some fantastic dishes that are really healthy.
Thank you! So do I but am moving soon and don’t think it will fit in and I’ve had it for 23 years so in a bit of a quandary as to what to do although I’ll be swopping the table for amazing country views....
Hi Ali, its a beautiful table and obviously well loved and someone else will love after you and you'll find a smaller one that fits your new home. But I get your quandary...😊
How do you actually make the chai and almond milk become thick enough to layer, do you just tip the chai seeds in the milk and wait for the seeds to soak up some of the milk?
