Vegan Chickpea and carrot soup with coconut milk 🥥 .

Hi everyone here’s some soup I made with left over cooked carrots and chickpeas blended with coconut milk, ginger, cumin, coriander and turmeric. And I lightly cooked some thinly sliced chestnut mushrooms just to finish it off. 😊

A great tip Ben, I wanted to show how anyone can make a simple soup and was keeping it basic and I tend to add pepper before I eat it. 😊
