I fancied something sweet and made these. I called them bounty bites as they taste similar to Bounty bars (well as far as I can remember). They are a small amount of melted coconut oil a dash of organic maple syrup, desiccated coconut and covered in a vegan milk chocolate. Took all of 5 minutes and they are very tasty...

Looks really great!😀👍
These look fabulous to me and I want one...a neat table you have there too...😊
Hi, i don’t tend to follow recipes and just made these up as I was doing it. I would guess at about one dessert spoon of coconut oil, 1 dessert spoon of maple syrup melted together and then about a mug of desiccated coconut. Add the coconut to the oil and syrup and mix together. Squidge together in your hands to make into shape. You can add more syrup, melted oil or desiccated coconut at any point if you feel it’s too dry or too wet. Put them in the fridge whilst you melt the chocolate. I spooned over the melted chocolate. I used half of a 100g bar. Popped them in the fridge and in 15/20 mins they are ready. They are really nice and very quick and easy. I am Going to try out a snicker type thing next week if I have time so will see how that goes....good luck x
