bruises...

hi guys...

i have been put on methotrexate which im responding really well to and ive had minimal flare ups in the last 7 weeks.. however my skin is now covered in old bruises and i dont know how to get rid of them...does anyone have any tips on how to get rid of them??

Have you tried Arnica cream lucindross? It may help get rid of your bruises. You should be able to buy it from Boots or any heath shop x

Hi sorry about your skin mine is the same however, everything I have tried has not worked, my GP tells me that I just have to accept it but I am having some difficulty coming to terms with it.

The Bio oil suggestion worked well for me ... better than arnica. I bought it from the local herb/therapy shop. They were very helpful and had obviously met this problem before. I think Boots stock it too.

Try either your doctor or the local 'health food' shop. They are often quite good. Best of luck, hope you are improved soon.
