Dear John and Susan,
I'm just being 'assessd' at the moment, forms to fill in etc. I am on dialysis, three times a week, and have a number of other 'health issues', that should be relevent. I'll keep you all 'posted', regarding how I get on!
Good luck to anyone else who is/has to be 'assessed', you will probably need it!
