how to cure vasculitis that no recurrence..??

hi, my name is david now my life since the age of 10 yrs 23thn my doctor sentenced vasculitis disease. from 10th until now I regularly take antibiotics, because the disease can recur me it at any time. various kinds of drugs I have tried .. but no results. and to date I also routinely checks to my doctor. is there anything that can provide a solution to my problem??if there is a solution you can email me at [e-mail]
