over a year and I have been told that I will probably need to have a bone marrow transplant. Has anyone else needed this procedure for WG.

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Jimny. Has anyone suggested the transplant is because of the Rituximab? I've heard of patients who have had high doses of cyclophosamide suffering from low bone density but not come across anyone needing a bone marrow transplant. Healthy wishes. Martin.

Hi Martin. Thanks for the reply.

The problem I have is that when I have a dose of Rhituximab when it starts to work it lowers my white blood-cell count to a point where it is unsafe. After my last infusion I got septicemia. The Rhituximab works well for my joint problems that I had, but I also have developed scloritus in my eyes which does not completely clear up even after rhituximab.
