I was diagnosed with microscopic poyangiitis in 2007. Recent test results included Anti-Scl75Ab+. I have not seen this before and do not understand it. Can anyone help me with an explanation?

It is a test that can be used to check for lung and muscle involvement in autoimmune diseases. A positive result may indicate pulmonary hypertension too so they should be testing for your blood pressure to check if you need medication or if you need meds adjusted. A positive would indicate they need to do more tests to explore.
