I just 'Ran Out Of Steam', I guess

Dear All,

here I am, at home, when I should have been at my 'Club'. I had a very Busy Day yesterday, being Remembrance Sunday, so maybe I just Overdid It..... Not that 'Did' much though.

Basically I attended our 'Normal' Eucharist (Communion) Service, which was 'just shy' of a hour, and then Stayed On for the Remembrance Service. I was asked to Lay A Reith and I also Held my Poppy From The Tower (Of London) Expedition- during The Silence.

We, myself and Mum, went to Sunday Dinner, at a local Tea Shop/ Café- where we met some friends. I tried to 'Talk', to them, but there was far too much Background Noise- nevertheless I DID manage to Pass On, my best wishes, to them All.

From there I went for a Walk, primarily through the Remembrance Garden, and spent 'some time' offering Prayers, before Moving On to the 'Cenotaph'.... and reading many of The Tributes, from Ex Service Personnel. We continued along through all the gardens, 'Arid' (some Joke), Mediterranean, Rose and Sensory. (I think that's all of them)

After that I went back to Mun's and Sorted Out a couple of small Jobs, before making Coffee and falling Asleep!

So I didn't really 'Do' a Lot, did I? Nevertheless I Overslept or, more correctly, went back to sleep...

Hi Andrew, from my perspective that is a very busy day. Lots of different aspects to it drawing on your energy reserves. Be kind listen to your body. Feet up, and unwind for a day or two. For me, if I managed an event like that it would take 2-3 days to recover.

I was First Diagnosed 25 Years ago, just as Blair was being elected.... so I can honestly Say 'I had Nothing To do with it!'

I was back to my Normal routine today, so yes I probably DID 'Just' Need A Rest. I appreciate you Kind Words though yogarita.
