Can anyone recommend an ENT dept specialising in rheumatic diseases in Surrey or London.

If you have vasculitis call the UK helpline. They will know good centres. There are not many uk private Dr's who see vasculitis patients as it is a highly complex multi system disease.

I’m with immunology, rheumatology & gastroenterology at Addenbrooke’s & my immunology chief referred me to an ENT/immunologist at UCLH who was very helpful re my immune dysfunction-related chronic sinusitis..here’s the link to the website page re the clinic I attended:

Thanks for the advice and recommendations; l am not sure about Vasculitis UK at the moment as l don't have a diagnosis for it. My mum has it, and l tested positive for ANCA P 3 years ago, but my anca antibodies have twice come up negative over the last year. I have a few problems with earache, left eye pain, vertigo and other things which come on suddenly and disappear without a trace hours later. My mum said she had sinus problems for a few years before getting Vasculitis so l want it monitored and checked.

Guys & St Thomas’ is a vasculitis specialist centre and Prof Claire Hopkins in their ENT department is very good (as is Prof D’Cruz in rheumatology). She does NHS and private work and they both work together a lot for ANCA vasculitis patients.

I live in london but Attend Addenbrooks ENT which I highly recommend, I have been there 10 years

I live in Yorkshire but have been travelling to London for many years to see Mr Sandhu, ENT surgeon at Charing Cross hospital. There is a joint ENT/vasculitis clinic at Hammersmith hospital that work closely together. It was set up by Mr Sandhu and Prof Pusey. ENT consultant is there every other Tuesday in clinic. Amazing team, I couldnt be happier with the care and expertise I receive there.
