It's an antibody that measures whether somebody might have sclerosis, aka scleroderma.

You can always ring the clinic or send a message via MyChart. You often see these results before the consultant does.

“Standard Range: Negative” means people who don’t have the condition would have a “Your value” as Negative.

The “Your value: Th/To Positive” indicates two positive responses. The anti-Th and the anti-To. With positives for both lowers the likelihood that it is a false positive.

Discuss with your doctor, s/he may wish to follow up with a more accurate assay if they believe a more definitive test is warranted.
