Dizzy with Vasculitis

I have had IgA Vasculitis for the last 16 years. It is being controlled with dapsone and colchicine. Though I still have painful feet I am able to get through the day. What is worrying me now is constant dizziness and imbalance. This is depressing as I am losing the confidence to do things by myself. I have done numerous tests for this condition which are all within the parameters. I am curious to know if the dapsone or colchicine are causing the imbalance. Has anyone experienced this. I would be very grateful to have any information.
