Silica Esposure and Vaculitis: Dental Field

I have been diagnosed with Normal Compliment Uticarial Vasculitis. Biopsy of hands strange red lines palms of hands . Eye innflamation :bouts of scleritis and epi scleritits. Fevers. Swollen lymph nodes. Blood (gross) and Proteins +2 in urines. did the whole Prednisone high doses and taper (which was horrible) been on Colchicine(COLCRYS) for a year. While the red lines have diminished. All other symptoms are frequent. they are now moving towards Kidney Biopsy. I have read that Silica Exposure can cause this. I work in the dental feild . An advanced office . I have been exposed for approx 20 years as I work with Porcelains ,porcelain spray ceramics,zirconium ceramics. All of this with no proper ventilation. Literally a an open lab with layers of "white dust". I am finding some information on Silica exposure and vasculitis and GPA amongst other diseases. Any one out there been exposed to SILICA ?
