Recent Diagnosis - Churg Strauss

My fiancé has recently been diagnosed with Churg-Strauss vasculitis. Is there anyone else on here with EPGA/Churg Strauss. It would be helpful to chat with someone going through the same diagnosis.

Hi there I was diagnosed Nov 2106. I am slowly getting better; started off with a wheelchair, then a walker, then a four pronged walking stick...last weekend I walked unaided - not for a hike or anything but it is getting slowly better. Please feel to ask any me questions.

Leonies, Thank you for replying. Great to hear you are making progress and walking unaided. Do you have a afo brace or is you foot drop healed enough to move it yourself?

The foot drop seemed to disappear after the cyclophosphimide & pred infusions over several weeks. I had two large (1000mg) of pred via IV when things started flaring again. I dont know if it was the chemo or the pred that made the difference, But pleased it did!!
