My father was diagnosed by venger-vaskulitis and the wounds wont heal,he is going on chemo is there any other solution open ?Is cannabis helpful in this case ? Thank you

Do you mean Wegners Granulomatosis which is a one of the Vasculitis variants?

It's difficult to give an opinion as you haven't given us much information. Certainly if it's Wegners then the usual treatment is Cyclophosamide which is a mild form of chemotherapy. There is no evidence to support Cannabis as a treatment for Vasculitis which is a potentially organ and life threatening disease which needs to be treated quickly and effectively.
