Hi, how big are these "snowflakes" please and also could they be done in other colour ways?

They are just in the Vasculitis colours, green and blue, with some silver. Like the bracelets. The white bits say V U K and the Christmas charm at the bottom may differ in style. They about 4.5 inches.

They are very pretty though.
