There will be two speakers at this meeting. Both speakers are experts in the vasculitis field so this promises to be an excellent afternoon:
Dr David Carruthers, Consultant Rheumatologist at the City Hospital, Birmingham.
Dr Carruthers' topic will be "Clinical Aspects" but he will also discuss how funding is changing in the NHS and how this will influence specialist services and drug funding in the future.
Dr Matt Morgan, Senior Lecturer in Nephrology at UHB (Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham).
Dr Morgan's topic has yet to be confirmed but provisionally this will be "The comparison between new and old treatment regimes in vasculitis".
