I have WG which has affected the optic nerve in both eyes. I have difficulty seeing & reading due to blind spots & often trip over.

Steps & slopes are a problem & I often bump into furniture & doorways as I don't seem to be able to judge distance to well. At my last three appointments my eyes have been stable, I'm beginning to doubt they will improve any more. I,m on a reducing dose of prednisolone started at 80mg now on 20mg reducing by 5mg every 2 weeks. I have searched the internet for info but with no luck. Has any body got any advise ?

Hi...I also have WG vasculitis

I suffer from short sight vision anyway but I can say that I feel like my eye sight is getting worse not had a test yet but my eyes keep getting red and I do miss the obvious...when trying to look for things. Weren't as bad as this before. Consultants has asked GP To refer me to get pressure tested.
