Hello, is anybody in this community aware of the availability of post-transplant kidney care teams in Guam? I'm in the military, about to be sent to Guam, and my wife received a kidney transplant last August. We're very grateful and lucky, and my heart goes out to those in this community and others who are dealing with heartbreaking issues. We also have our own issues, but we're very fortunate overall. Love and best wishes to all.
