Hello. Anyone used a sleepphones or acousticsheep speaker headband for sleeping? They're not cheap, hoping for some opinions before I shell out! -Bev x

Hi Bev,

I had sleepphones but felt tight around my head so gave them my daughter in law use at the gym.

I know others who use them and fine with them.

Hi i have used sleep phones both the bluetooth and. with a cord to plug into your device they are very good the only downside is if you wear all night in bed they make your ears as sweat also be careful not to have them too loud because they can make your tinnitus worse hope this helps.David

Hi David I was looking at a lightweight, summer version on amazon, think they'll be better than the fleece ones-Bev x

Hi Bev, I have been using htem for a few years now and will not go to sleep without them . I have the Bluetooth version in fleece and a corded sport version as a back up. I listen to sleep meditation and hypnosis. The only drawback with the head bands is that they stretch and I end up wearing them over my eyes which in fact it's great as they act as eye mask to block the light hence I sleep longer. You can buy the corded version which is cheaper and see if it works for you. Customer service from sleepphones is second to none at least in my case as I had an issue . Just make sure you buy form an authorised seller. Good luck.

Try Bedphones from Amazon they are the slimmest on the market cost

approximately £35 they clip behind the ear which is flexible to any shape.

They plug into any device, i have them and you can lie on them, very slim.
