I have just noticed that your question is still unanswered. I will see if I can help.
Was sample 1 taken first thing in the morning? If so, it should really be at the top of the range. Samples 2 and 3 seem ok if they are during the middle of the day/afternoon. If sample 4 is evening or night, it is a little higher. Night-time cortisol really needs to be towards the bottom of the range.
It looks to me like you have a milder form of adrenal fatigue. Even though your results are within range, I don't think they are optimal. This may be something that sorts out itself through plenty of rest and sleep and getting enough thyroid hormone and vitamins and minerals. You might want to look on the web for information on adrenal fatigue or adrenal insufficiency.
Are you finding it difficult to get going in the morning?
Your DHEA is also low. The natural way to increase DHEA is by trying to reduce stress and having fun. Laughing is great and doing things that you enjoy can help to raise DHEA. If you need an excuse for doing something you enjoy, you have it in your test results in black and white
I think Isocort would probably be enough, along with the other self-help measures. I don't think you need hydrocortisone.
I have been taking Isocort now for 3 days. I had to stop because I had a short synachten test. Don't know if it is doing anything( I know it has no adrenal extract) Should I change to NAX. I am anxious for my adrenals to be as good as possible before I see DR Sinner next month.
I dont find it difficult to get going in the morning but I crash at about 12.00 sometimes earlier
It may nor be adrenal related?
I dont feel much like laughing at the moment, should I supplement with DHEA?
