Hi, The short answer is yes. Do you know you definitely have Caeliac disease? it does not always show on either a blood test or colonoscopy, although more likely in the latter.Caeliac disease is often wrongly diagnosed as other things. If the tests negative, then try to follow the horrible Caeliac diet for a month or so, then see what happens. My endo wrote a paper in the BMJ on this last November.Caeliac disease is autoimmune. So, if your thyroid disease is autoimmune, more likely.
