Hmmmmmmmmmm

The UK Government likes to play games with us.

We have to apply to the Parliamentary and Health Services Ombudsman,

We have to submit Petitions and similar.

Please forgive me for being so cynical, but the UK Government is under a duty to protect our health and any breach of that duty is open to Judicial Review.

We have the right under European Union Law to complain directly to the State acting in its Department of Health capacities under:

Article 11 of the European Social Charter

conventions.coe.int/Treaty/...

and

Article 151 & 168 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union

official-documents.gov.uk/d...

Under Article 41 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights the Department of Health is required to give us a reasoned explanation for any decisions it makes.

europarl.europa.eu/charter/...

Love or Hate the European Union: We are in it for the time being and its law protects us, so why not use it: I don't care if its Tommy's ball, I will still play the game.
