Hello, I'm having difficulties staying in front of my computer, it gives me headaches, dizziness and I feel completely drained after only a short time. I've become oversensitive to EMF. Are other people experiencing the same problems? Which solutions have you found to reduce adverse effects and symptoms?
Thank you

yes I think I suffer from this too, but I do spend a lot of time in front of the computer. The best way I've found of reducing adverse effects is to get off the computer!!
With my old desktop PC I had an anti-glare/radiation screen which I think helped, but I don't know if you can get them for laptops.
It's also worth turning off WIFI when you're not using it, even if it's in a different room.
Martina, yes to everything you said. You should look up earthing sheets. They've discussed it here or Google it. You can also discharge or "ground" yourself by laying on grass but it would be difficult right now. If you can reduce the emf's where you sleep by removing electrical items. They even have paint to block them. I often go to the basement and stand on the cement which is overtop earth with shoes off.
