I am not a doctor and so this is only my own humble opinion, but 195 is very low, at 220 and 196 I was VERY symptomatic. I supplemented with Jarrow formula methylcobalamin 5000 sublingual from Amazon, that really helped to get my levels up. I feel so much better. x
very similar to thyroid in lots of ways. but for me the real tell was numbness in my left toes, it had gone on for five years, then I started to get numbness in my finger tips. Mental confusion, thought I had alzheimers! tired all the time, breathless, etc,
I am now a B12 convert, it has changed my life so much for the better. my range at the last blood test was not even a number .....just > 1500
