Hi Penny

It might help people to answer if they knew what effects you are suffering from in particular..?

Hi, just about to start supplementation. Unsure about use and possible effects.

It would extremly useful to learn other users experience of 7-Keto. Seems 7-Keto little mentioned on web and beginning to wonder why?

Thanks

Penny

I'm on normal DHEA and haven't had any unwanted side-effects.

I've been on doses between 25 and 50mg since June, so over 6 months now.

But that isn't 7 keto, plus I was deficient in stuff like testosterone so I wanted the DHEA to convert into it.

I too find the 'real' DHEA good, but 7Keto a waste of time. I think 7keto removes the hormones, which are exactly what you want!
