Different companies but you can see that 25mcg daily of DHEA has done its work. However one company did mention that when older a lower DHEA is expected.
Question is do I keep at the same dosage or go down to maybe one every other day? Private Dr is away at the moment so will take a while to check with her.
I truly am so grateful for this forum as I’d be a quivering wreck without it. 🥰

. The first came with the cortisol test from Regenerous so was saliva the second a blood test just for DHEA from The Thyroid clinic.
I hadn’t thought about that until now 🙄 do you think that makes a difference?
I’d never heard of DHEA and had to look it up when I saw my dire results. Mentioned it to my doctor who didn’t have a clue. Few weeks later I had an appointment with the clinic and as soon as she saw it she was writing the prescription! It is supposed to help with my low afternoon cortisol. The cortisol test was a saliva test and also mentioned this to my gp who did a morning blood test that was normal!
I only know that my saliva result is low yet my blood serum looks ok? 🤷♀️ So I think you need to compare like with like to get any real idea of what is going on
I only realised that when you asked the question. I shall keep taking the pills until I do another cortisol test with Regenerus. This world can be so complicated sometimes.
The good news is my husband informs me that lately I’m more like my old self although he did finish with “you’ve still got a way to go though” and you know what, he’s right! 😂😂
Take a compliment where you can eh 🤣 New Zealand, lovely land of extreme sports... remember to attach his bungee cord before pushing him off the bridge 🤭
