I am a 40 year old female symptoms include irregular

Periods, normally regular, constipation, fatigue

Puffy eyelids puffy legs weight gain!

Any advice appreciated

yes I thinkyou do, your high antibodies confirm this, you should be treated especially as you are symptomatic x
