If your GP will refer you then he/she should fax the referral to:

Yes he is a private doctor. Not sure what his initial consultation fee is but sure someone will be along who knows soon. x

Hi, is initial consult fee is I think £240, was there with my daughter 6 weeks ago. Possibly it may have only been £220, but it was one or the other. Brain asleep but fingers typing, sorry. x

maybe £220??

as last August his initial consultation fee was still £180......so a 'hike' of £60 sounds a bit much but I may be wrong.....

Hi, his price in November was definitely either £220 or £240 as I took her and paid, but as she has the invoice I can't check. She has a follow up in two weeks and I think that is £110, so probably it was £220.
