As mentioned in your previous post you have Low Ferritin and B12 - this can make it more difficult for you to increase dose. Folate and VitD - they also need to be good.

You could try back on 50mcg. Take the iron with VitC to aid absorption but 4 hours away from the Levothyroxine/T4. Once you have started taking B12 - also - after two days take folate or Folic Acid as it works together with B12 in the body. Maybe introduce VitD later when things have settled.

What doses have you been prescribed ?

As suggested - take the iron supplement with VitC to aid absorption and 4 hours away from T4/Levo.

So if you take Eltroxin early in the morning and Iron at midday. Not sure about taking B12 with Iron .... there is a Search Health Unlocked Box - type your question in there and see what appears. I do not have to take iron my self so do not have good information.

Is the B12 sublingual? If so, it doesn't matter when you take it.

Iron should be taken four hours away from thyroid hormone, and two hours away from everything else.

Vit D3 should be taken with fatty food, four hours away from thyroid hormone. So, you could take your vit D at lunchtime, and iron two hours after lunch.

B12 i's not a sublingual tablet , it's a capsule .. and u told to take iron 2 hrs after lunch so can I take it with guava fruit ?

I suggested you take it two hours after lunch - I don't tell anyone to do anything. But, it's not fixed in stone. You could take it two hours after dinner, if you wanted, just as long as it's two hours away from everything else - including guava fruit. Do you normally have guava fruit two hours after lunch? Just curious. :)

Ha ha 😂 no mam , for iron to absorb only I asked u , should I take it with guava fruit since it contains vit c( am nt takin vit c tablet too since fed up of takin so many tablets ).. u took it wrongly ! 😁😁😁

Yes, I did misunderstand, didn't I. :)

Well, sorry you have to take a lot of tablets, but that's the way it is for most of us. If guava fruit only contained vit C, it might be ok. But, I imagine it contains a lot of other vitamins and minerals. Besides, you'd have to eat a lot of guava fruit to get enough vit C. It's usually recommended to take at least 1000 mg.
