The tsh should be 0.86 not 86

Last test 3 weeks ago

How much eltroxin were you taking

50mcg or 75mcg ?

was latest test done as recommended early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

How long have you been on 75mcg

When were vitamin D, folate , ferritin and B12 levels tested

What vitamin supplements are you taking

I've been 75 mg for 12 weeks. Ferritin etc All good . Test taken 24hrs after last dose on empty stomach.

it’s 75mcg (not 75mg)

So discuss with your Dr reducing dose by SMALL amount

Eg to 50mcg 2 days a week and 75mcg 5 days

Or 62.5mcg daily ( 50mcg plus half a 25mcg tablet per day)

Retest in 8 weeks

What are actual vitamin results

75mcg .Yes I'll adjust my dose .Doctor useless I'll have to sort it myself .All vitamins results are good .

Do you have Hashi's?

Yes

Then the sudden rise in FT4 is far more likely to be due to a Hashi's 'hyper' swing than to your dose, which is quite modest. 75 mcg levo is unlikely to make you over-medicated. :)

Yes you could be right ill go and have a blood test for antibodies as that might give me some answers.

No point in testing antibodies if you already know you have Hashi's. That's not going to tell you anything more.
