Crashed again

Hi my hubby has hashimoto's, diagnosed 11 years ago, after his pulse went down to 32 and had a pacemaker implanted. Currently on leveothyroxine 112.5, he has just crashed again feeling fatigued, exhausted and I'll. He is gluten free, given up alcohol, does not do refined sugar, nor processed foods.

got back from a one week holiday from Spain 7 days ago, he did have a few glasses of red wine, and sangria one day, ate in restaurants, no alcohol since, although we have found gf hot cross buns, Sweetened with natural sweetener.

He often has these setbacks, and ending up increasing his meds, but does only a very little at a time. He doesn't go doctors, as theyonce increased by 25 a day, ended up at A&E, as pulse went through the roof.

Last blood test showed level of 5.15, doctors said no further action needed, although we now it was not in range, he upped meds.

Have Just sent off for monitor my health test.

Does any one else keep crashing, probably his worst thing he doesn't drink enough water daily.

The level of his TSH was 5.15? If so, then yes, under medication seems very likely and I’m glad you’re going to do an MMH test.

How much did he put his levothyroxine up by?

Hi. It's a very slow process with him, he cuts a 12.5 in half, and takes one a week, so basically it's 1g a day. But it his way, and he won't take any extra for six weeks, as he said that's how long it takes, and is scared of pulse racing, his pulse at moment is around 52, when feeling rough, but 60s is good for him.So when do put him on 25 a day, his pulse was in 90s, and it freaked him out

That’s really small increase

On levothyroxine most people find they need TSH around or below 1

And TSH always below 2

He’s currently very under medicated

Which brand of levothyroxine is he taking

Does he always get same brand at each prescription

Approx how much does he weigh in kilo

ESSENTIAL to test and maintain GOOD vitamin levels

What were most recent vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 levels

Exactly what vitamin supplements is he taking

As he has Hashimoto’s is he on strictly gluten free and/or dairy free diet

Hi. He always has mercury for 100 and I thin tevo for 12.5. There is only one brand. He weighs around 85kilos

His vit levels are OK. I think. But he always take vit d, cod liver oil, and now lions main.

He is totally gluten free
