Advice on conversion please

These are my most recent thyroid results after 6 weeks on 50 Levo and 2 weeks on alt 50/75 levo. The test was taken using all the usual protocols but was right in the middle of what I think is a covid infection. Is my T4-T3 conversion ok?

MMH said my results show mild hyperthyroidism which I shall obviously ignore.

All comments welcome.

TSH: 0.15 (0.27-4.2)

T4 15.2 (12-22)

T3 4.3 (3.1-6.8)
