I’ve been taking one and a half pills of ThyroidS since Jan 2024 and I’ve been fine, until 4 weeks ago everything in my body changed/ joints hurt, unbelievable fatigue, cold, shaking, everything just hurt. So I had private blood test.

I’ve got no autoimmune markers and never have.

Any help appreciated

Tsh 0.69 (0.27-4.20)

T4 10.9 (12-22)

T3 3.8 (3.1-6.8)

Crp 79.67 (0-5)

Ferritin 194 (13-150)

Uric acid 405 (140-360)

Bubles123,

Has that coincided with a change in batch?

Your CRP result identifies significant inflammation.

Do you know where your ferritin has been from previous tests? Currently above the range they are using for you but not, in itself, an issue. However, if it is raised compared to your usual levels, that too could be due to inflammation.

Afraid I know nothing about uric acid. You could have a look here and try to see if anything is helpful:

Uric Acid Test

My ferritin is usually mid range. Also from what I have read high uric acid is also an inflammation marker.

I have no idea why you are suffering but I suspect it is not directly a thyroid issue. But the low T4 and T3 will surely be contributing to your unwellness.

I think you need a doctor who can perform appropriate other tests - maybe to identify viral or bacterial issues.

Sorry to be of such little help.
