Hi all. Just wondering what high FT3 with normal TSH and FT4 means? I’ve had a history of going hyper and then back into euthyroid without meds and last lot was postpartum thyroiditis which saw me hyper then hypo then back to euthyroid (I was medicated in the hypo phase as TSH exceeded 48). Currently off all thyroxine. TgAB positive historically, TPO always negative. TSI positive once during last bout.

TSH 0.60 (0.40-3.50) mU/b

FT4 13.8 (9.0-19.0) pmol/L

FT3 6.4 H (2.6-6.0) pmol/L

Well, I think it mean you have Hashi's - aka Autoimmune Thyroid Disease. Certainly sounds like it. That's probably what you had before rather than postpartum thyroiditis. That goes away and thyroid hormone levels stay stable. With Hashi's the levels continue to go up and down.
