Regenerus labs change

Hi, I saw this online and thought it would be useful to share with the page. They seem to make it hard for us thyroid patients all the time.

From 4th March 2025 you won't be able to order as an individual from Regenerus.

Email is reproduced below:

'We’re updating our ordering process: Test kits will now only be available through a healthcare practitioner. This change ensures you receive the best support when using functional testing.

Important Dates:

You can continue ordering via the current method on regeneruslabs.com until Tuesday 4th March 2025. After this date, orders will only be processed through a practitioner.

Already working with a practitioner?

If you’re already working with a practitioner who uses Regenerus Labs, simply ask them to add you to their Client Management Platform. Once added, they can order your Test Kit, and you’ll receive a payment link (if patient pay is selected).

If you’ve recently ordered directly through one of our registered practitioners, feel free to contact them directly for assistance or any further questions regarding your order.

I've not used them since their last price hike, thankfully there are other options

I've been using cnslab.co.uk/hpa-axis-and-s... with the Thyroid UK 10% discount, more thorough test and cheaper

Thanks for info. Their website won’t free up any tests except food sensitivity and CRP. Will try later. Out of interest.

Which test were you look to use from Regenerus? They do offer quite a few that need some reading to interpret

It seems that Thyroid UK were not made aware of this change.
