Very quick question. I’m planning to do a medichecks test soon and take numerous supplements including igennus super b complex. I’m aware that biotin can affect the results. Do I need to stop the super b complex prior to testing?

I stop the Igennus a week before, due to biotin, but 5-7 days is the general advice
Thanks for the link. Good to reread. I’ve been doing these tests for many years and follow all the guidelines. Just wasn’t sure if there was anything in the ingennus super b supplement that might affect results. Don’t think so but just wanted to be sure.
Yes it contains biotin so you need to stop any vitamin B complex 3-5 days before testing
In week before blood test, when you stop vitamin B complex, you might want to consider taking a separate folate supplement (eg Jarrow methyl folate 400mcg) and continue separate B12 if last test result serum B12 was below 500 or active B12 (private test) under 70
