I've got a repeat blood test in a couple of weeks, I've written a letter to my dr asking to test all the usual not just thyroid so fingers crossed 🤞 (last time the nurse wouldn't do them) I know to stop my B complex a week before but do i need to stop Three arrows iron aswell?

How often/ many do you take? You wouldn't want to take it on the day of the test but equally you wouldn't want to hold off for too long if you want to know your 'normal' 😬

I'd suggest a 24 hour gap then

I stop taking biotin 5 days prior to blood test, I take 3 arrows and just don't take them morning of test, as far as I understand iron dosent cause any problem and if full blood count you want to know your full iron panel.
