Hi All

I have tried taking t3 some 10 years ago.I was taking 3 x 20mcg s per day and I felt really well.Lots of energy, good sleep and weight loss. This lasted for a maximum of 2 years.Everytime I have tried to take any t3 or ndt I have a reaction of a burning red face and I have no benefits from t3 at all.All of the doctors and thyroid specialists that I have ever spoken to are completely baffled by this Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

Simon

Hello Simon

I was taking 20-20-20 mcg per day and every couple of years I became really unwell, 3 or 4 months ago I asked my surgery if I could have a blood test for T3 level and hashimoto's disease. If you look at my posts you can read my results, To cut a long story short , I have hashimoto's disease and my T3 was very high, I reduced my dose to 20-20-10mcg per day and feel much better.

All the best

Frank
