How much T4 and T3 is ERFA equivalent too?

Hi

Does anyone know how much T3 and T4 is in or equivalent to one grain and half a grain of ERFA? I can’t find it online and I feel like I might be overmedicated so want to work out how much of T4 and T3 I’m taking compared to my previous dose.
