Timing

I’m now feeling good on T4 75mcg and T3 20 mcg . I split the T3 dose 10 mcg at about 5:00 am and (in theory) the other 10mcg at about 2:30pm. I keep forgetting the second dose and sometimes need to death it due to late lunch / afternoon tea as I always take on an empty stomach. Does anyone take their T3 meds all together in the morning?

Quite a few people do take all of their T3 dose first thing in the morning. This suits some but not all. Best to just experiment and find out what works for you.
