Your GP / lab is only testing TSH.
You have no where near enough information to find out what’s going on.
Your endocrinologist may have done further tests & really should have investigated why you hyper. You may have to go records department of hospital to see what was tested.
How long were you referred to endo? & were you hyper for long? Weeks / months? If levels fell naturally it might be they are now too low. TSH isn’t reliable.
Your GP can test initial thyroid antibodies (TPO).
Look at private test for FT4 & FT3. Key nutrients should also be tested.
Is GP not investigating weight loss?
