… you’re planning to carry on taking the 100mcg of levothyroxine?
It’s the NDT you’re wanting to replace with T3?
I think the simplest thing to do (assuming I’ve got that right), is to split your 25mcg tablets into quarters (6.25mcg each).
And in the first instance, carry on taking your levothyroxine 100mcg but to start with, just add a quarter of your T3 tablet. See how that goes for a couple of weeks. If you feel ok, or it feels obvious you need more, after a couple of weeks add another, so that you’re on 100mcg and 12.5mcg T3. And so on. But don’t be tempted to rush! It may take longer.
Ultimately, you may find that three quarters to one whole 25mcg tablet feels about right as a swap for that 60mg of NDT but T3 is potent stuff and you’ll most likely need to build up gradually.
