Hi everyone again .. you may remember posting a month ago about my results and peripheral neuropathy.. I still have my neuropathy and I have a Prof of haematology appointment on the 5th November concerning my high B12 and High ferritin .. After seeing these result’s today .. I’m thinking of reducing my T3 tomorrow from 30mcg to 25mcg as you can see from from Blue Horizon results my T3 is high although not over top of the range .. but I missed my T3 dose the other day and my neuropathy was better .. Thing is when I was hyper I had neuropathy and when I was hypo I had it .. I think I made a mistake of increasing the T3 as I was jogging along nicely but happened to notice on my prescription it was 30mg so I increased it .. Your thoughts appreciated.. Also RT3

Xxxxx

yes agreed ….Ft3 looks too high

What dose tablets do you have

Could you initially reduce by 2.5mcg…..easier to tolerate small reductions

Hi slowdragon

I have 75 Levo by accord and 30mg T3 by Thybon Henning .. is 5mcg too much to reduce by ? Xxx

It would be difficult to reduce by less than 5mcg

You will need to cut 20mcg into 1/4’s using sharp craft scalpel

1/4’s don’t always cut equally……suggest initially you reduce by a “small 1/4”

jumping on this out of curiosity because as you know I recently increased my T3 trying to get it optimal so I have no idea what the optimal level is. As this lady's current level is 6.4 and you say it's a little high, what sort of figure are we aiming for

My thoughts, too, as T3 in range!

I know it’s in range but .4 from top of range I ve never had a FT3 that’s high and. was fine on 25mcg so reducing to see if symptoms decrease ? Everyone is different xx

We are all so different for sure! My T4 needs to be near top of range or I feel rubbish, even with T3!
